Alongside the State visit of the Republican President Mr.  Hakainde Hichilema to Ghana at the invitation of his counterpart President Nana Akufo -Addo to enhance bilateral relations between the two countries, the Zambia Development Agency has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ghana Investment Promotion Centre. The MoU is intended to facilitate trade and investment. The two institutions have agreed to collaborate on a number of areas including:

• Investment promotion and business facilitation;
• Information exchange;
• Collaboration and exchange programs;
• Organization of business missions;
• Organization of events and
• Aftercare facilitation.

The areas of collaboration are expected to improve trade and investment between the two countries.
