Zambia signed the following bilateral trade agreements with other countries:
a.) Investment Promotion and Protection Agreements
i. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Cuba and the Government Republic of Zambia for the Promotion and Reciprocal Protection of Investments.
ii. Agreement between the Government of the Kuwait and the Government Republic of Zambia for the Promotion and Reciprocal Protection of Investments.
iii. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Zambia and the Government Republic of Mauritius for the Promotion and Reciprocal Protection of Investments.
iv. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Zambia and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco on Promotion and Protection of Investment.
v. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Zambia and the Government Republic of France for the Promotion and Reciprocal Protection of Investments.
vi. Agreement between the Government of China and the Government Republic of Zambia for the Promotion and Reciprocal Protection of Investments.
vii. Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Netherlands and the Government Republic of Zambia
viii. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Zambia and the Government of the Republic of Finland on Promotion and Protection of Investment.
ix. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Zambia and the Government of the Italian Republic on Promotion and Protection of Investment

xv. Bilateral Trade Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Zambia and the Government Republic of Malawi for the Establishment and Implementation of a One-Stop Border Post at Mwami/Mchinji Border.
