Project Description Umlimi Trading and OTAGO plan a recycled-biomass char-briquette plant to replace unsustainable charcoal, support farmers, and reduce deforestation. The project seeks US$150,000 (equity/debt) for equipment and capacity building. With 40% EBITDA, strong local demand, and production scaling to 720–1,440 tonnes/year (20% exports), the factory can be operational within 6 months.
