The Zambia Development Agency (ZDA), in partnership with the Sinda District Council, has hosted a transformative two-day capacity-building workshop designed for 800 beneficiaries under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF).

This comprehensive training is placing strong emphasis on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and business management, ensuring that beneficiaries are not only prepared to receive financial support but are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilise it. By focusing on strengthening the foundations of cooperatives and individual businesses, the program aims to foster enterprises that are resilient, sustainable, and growth-oriented.

The initiative underscores the commitment of ZDA to empower local citizens with practical tools for success. Participants are being guided on how to plan, manage, and expand their ventures responsibly, laying the groundwork for long-term economic empowerment and community development.

As beneficiaries gear up to receive their CDF allocations, this training ensures they are ready to transform opportunities into tangible progress, not only for themselves but for the broader Sinda community.

Driving local development. Inspiring sustainable impact. Building legacies.
